We ship all orders through reputed and reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. We use strong corrugated boxes with foam cushioning to ensure maximum protection during transit.

2. What are the shipping charges?

- Orders up to ₹999: ₹99

- Orders above ₹1000: Free Shipping

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details and courier partner information are shared via email.
You can also track your order directly on the courier partner's website using the AWB number.

4. What is your return policy?

We offer replacements or return only under the following conditions:

- Wrong product delivered

- Manufacturing or quality defect

- Product received in damaged condition

Returns are applicable within 7 days of delivery. We strongly recommend making an unboxing video while opening the package. This helps in faster and smoother resolution of any issues.

5. Can I return a product if it doesn't suit my décor?

Yes, you may return the product for a refund if it does not meet your décor expectations.
Reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

- One image of the damaged/defective part

- One image of the complete product

Our Quality Assurance team will review the request.

Return requests are reviewed and approved within 2–3 working days after receiving the email with images. Once approved, you can ship the product back to our warehouse. After inspection, the refund process is initiated within 2–3 working days.

Note - Product must be unused and in original condition

- Original packaging, tags, accessories, invoice, and shipping label must be intact

Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected.

While not mandatory, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video. It helps us resolve any damage, defect, or mismatch issues much faster and ensures a smooth, hassle-free resolution.

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, refunds are initiated within 2–3 days.

  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders are refunded via NEFT.
  • The amount usually reflects in 5–6 working days.

  • Designed primarily for indoor décor use.
  • Not waterproof – avoid direct contact with water or moisture.

  • Ceramic hooks - Use nails to fix them. These have a hole at the back to hang on a nail/screw.
  • Glass frames - Use small nails to hang them. They have a hook at the back.
  • Wooden hangings/stick-ons - These come either with double sided adhesive to stick or a rope to hang on a nail/hook.
