1. Which courier partners do you use for shipping?

We ship all orders through reputed and reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

 

2. How do you pack fragile products?

Since many of our products are fragile, we use strong corrugated boxes with organic cushioning to ensure maximum protection during transit.

3. What are the shipping charges?

- Orders up to ₹999: ₹99

- Orders above ₹1000: Free Shipping

Shipping charges include packaging costs. A part of the shipping cost is borne by us.

 

4. What is the delivery timeline?

- Delhi NCR: 3-4 working days

- Rest of India: 5–7 working days

Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of order confirmation.
The usual delivery window ranges between 3–10 days.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details and courier partner information are shared via email.
You can also track your order directly on the courier partner’s website using the AWB number.

6. When does the order status get updated?

Order status updates are reflected only after the order is dispatched.

7. What is your return policy?

We offer replacements or returns only under the following conditions:

- Wrong product delivered

- Manufacturing or quality defect

- Product received in damaged condition

Returns are applicable within 7 days of delivery.

8. Is an unboxing video required?

Yes. We strongly recommend making an unboxing video while opening the package.
This helps in faster and smoother resolution of any issues.

9. What should I do if my product is damaged during transit?

10. Are returns accepted on clearance sale items?

No. Items purchased during clearance or final sale are not eligible for return or replacement.

11. Can I return a product if it doesn’t suit my décor?

Yes, you may return the product for a refund if it does not meet your décor expectations.
Reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

12. How do I initiate a return?

Email us at care@violetvibes.in within 7 days of delivery with:

- One image of the damaged/defective part

- One image of the complete product

Our Quality Assurance team will review the request.

13. How long does it take to approve a return request?

Return requests are reviewed and approved within 2–3 working days after receiving the email with images.

14. What happens after my return is approved?

Once approved, you can ship the product back to our warehouse.
After inspection, the refund process is initiated within 2–3 working days.

15. What are the conditions for returning a product?

- Product must be unused and in original condition

- Original packaging, tags, accessories, invoice, and shipping label must be intact

Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected.

16. How will I receive my refund?

- Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method

- COD orders: Refunded via NEFT (bank details required)

Please allow 5–6 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

17. What if I entered an incorrect address or contact number?

Returns due to incorrect address or contact details are entirely the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting forward and return shipping charges.
