1. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, donât worryâweâve got you covered. Simply share clear photos (and preferably an unboxing video) with us, and weâll arrange a replacement or refund after quick verification.
2. Is an unboxing video mandatory for returns or replacements?
While not mandatory, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video. It helps us resolve any damage, defect, or mismatch issues much faster and ensures a smooth, hassle-free resolution.
3. Can I return the product if it doesnât suit my home dĂ©cor?
Yes. If the product doesnât fit your expected dĂ©cor, you may return the product for a refund if it does not meet your dĂ©cor expectations.
Reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Timeline for return is 7 days from the date of delivery.
4. How long do I have to request a return or replacement?
You can initiate a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery. Please email us with images of the product (both close-up and full view) so our QA team can assess it.
5. How and when will I receive my refund?
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, refunds are initiated within 2â3 days.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders are refunded via NEFT.
- The amount usually reflects in 5â6 working days.

- Ceramic hooks - Use nails to fix them. These have a hole at the back to hang on a nail/screw.
- Glass frames - Use small nails to hang them. They have a hook at the back.
- Wooden hangings/stick-ons - These come either with double sided adhesive to stick or a rope to hang on a nail/hook.
